We accept Children aged 2 years & above. Proof of age may be required on embarkation.
Please note; Child rates will only be applicable when the Child is accompanied by an Adult.
Unaccompanied Children will pay full Adult rate.
Senior Citizens are welcome on our tours though we recommend you book the non-strenuous tours, as there are no medical personnel on board.
Senior Citizens need to carry their own medication (prescribed or non-prescribed) as required
The tours are operated on a seat-in-coach basis, with a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 7 per vehicle, excluding the driver/guide.
The type of vehicle is a 7-seater minivan with an open roof hatch. The vehicle accommodates 1 passenger in the front next to the driver, and 6 in the back.
PesaPal (our payment gateway) uses the same security standards that banks use.
All passwords & other sensitive information is encrypted before it is saved.
They use 128-bit SSL encryption for data transmission and 256-bit AES encryption when storing data.
Yes, this is possible provided the cash payment is received by us 36 hours prior to the tour departure.

Tipping is not included.
Tipping is not mandatory but the gesture will be appreciated.
Recommended amounts are;
Driver/guide around US$ 5 (or approximately Ksh.500/-) per excursion
Meals around US$ 2 – US$ 3 (or approximately Ksh.200/-) per meal
If you are a Vegetarian, we have vegetarian options wherever available. So please tick the appropriate box.
For other conditions, you need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org well in advance, and we can pass on your request to the restaurant concerned.
Please note; this is not a guarantee that your special meal will be provided and no refund will be given in case you don’t receive it.
Pick-up at airports are not included.
However, arrangements can be made to drop you off at either Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or Wilson Airport, after a tour is completed.
The cost for this will be US$ 25 per person. Please tick the Airport Transfer box and this cost will be automatically added to your tour cost.
Please note; this will only take place after all the other guests have been returned to the drop-off points.
It will be your responsibility to ensure you have planned for adequate time to get to the airport to make your flight, as we will not be responsible for missed flights / early flight departures.
FYI – International & Regional flight departures require passengers to be at the airport at least 3 hours before, and local flights 90-minutes before flight departure times.
